We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in the planning, development, and execution of strategies for the new & existing product lines. In this role, you will not only get to flex your skills but also learn to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment with a high degree of autonomy. This cross-functional leadership position requires you to work closely with the Production, Design, Category Management, Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to bring products to life.

Experience:

Minimum  6 years of work experience in handling product management in the agriculture industry.

Required Qualification:

Graduation in B.Sc. Agriculture and Post-Graduation in any field, with a preference for Marketing.

Job Location: Head Office, Noida

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify the market and crop-pest segment where the assigned product can be positioned.

• Understand technical and commercial aspects of the assigned product.

• Create the Customer Value Proposition (CVP) for the product to position it properly in the market.

• Build product communication strategy.

• Pack and collateral designing with the help of an internal/external designer.

• Create the business case for the assigned product.

• To create unique ATL and BTL strategies for assigned products.

• To develop product training modules to be used as staff training and farmer training.

• To ensure timely execution of promotional and developmental plans with the help of the regional marketing/sales team.

• Coordinate with the Publicity team for timely availability of all POP requirements PAN India.

• Competitor analysis and market information.

• Crop pest segment analysis to derive new avenues for existing as well as NPI.

• Track sales performance in zone/region against plans and take corrective steps to adhere to the plan.

• Ensure timely availability of product performance reports.

Core Competencies:

• Understand customer and business needs and synthesize opportunities.

• Comfortable with understanding technical aspects of a product development process and communicating with the sales and marketing team.

• Ability to coordinate with different functions like finance, supply chain, and Digital Marketing to support the product management department.
